Brenda Lynn Bynum

Working as a visual artist and conceiver, Brenda worked as a Creative Director in Marketing for financial and legal firms in New York City. She had the opportunity to brand a Fortune 500 company.

In addition,  Brenda served, and continues to do so, as the Artistic Director of The Oasis Theatre Company where she converted 4 spaces into black box theaters, produced and directed 139+ plays, and produced/directed 9 short films. She had the opportunity to record for posterity Maya elders in Guatemala.

As a writer, she has adapted several literary pieces for the stage, written two novels and several screenplays and pilots. She’s completed two UCLA Advanced Professional TV Writing Programs and worked at Pocket FM. She has two feature films and a vertical series in development.

James Jenner

James spent many years in the retail wine business learning from the ground up the different varietals and processes of making wine. And, most importantly, the impact that terroir has on making a great bottle of wine.

After training at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA ), Jim returned to the States to work regionally at Arena Stage, Delaware Rep, and Pan Asian Rep. In 1988, he co-founded The Oasis Theatre Company with Brenda Lynn Bynum, He is eternally grateful to have had the honor of portraying kings, beggars, crooks, savants, and harlequins in the East Village of NYC, upstate NY, and currently in our new home in Corrales, New Mexico.  In addition, he has interviewed and recorded teachings of Maya elders in Guatemala. With Recorded Books and Brick Shop Audio, Jim has recorded more than 80 fiction and non-fiction books.

Mission Blend has been a lifelong dream of his, and he is excited for it to come to fruition. Pun intended.

Hunter Robert Baker

Hunter Robert Baker is a New York City, Los Angeles, and New Mexico based Emmy® Award winning feature film, television, and commercial Director of Photography and Producer. His work has also been nominated for 4 Emmy® Awards. Hunter has photographed 7 feature-length films across the world.

Hunter has worked on Navajo Nation for over a decade bringing powerful stories from the frontline of desert communities to the front pages of publications and media outlets around the world. From fiction to non-fiction, Hunter’s work has been rooted in under-reported stories and voices not often heard.

Most recently, he worked in the Northern Alaskan Arctic Circle with the Iñupiaq tribe,
on the award-winning fiction anthology series HBO’s True Detective: Night Country, starring Jodi Foster and Kali Reis.

True Detective: Night Country received 19 Emmy® Award nominations including Best Anthology Series and Best Cinematography and three Golden Globe Awards including Best Limited Series.

Hunter has committed his career to supporting indigenous stories working closely with the Navajo Nation, Iñupiaq Native Corporation, and Blackfeet Nation.

Todd Spradlin

Todd Spradlin is a Creative Producer with over fifteen years’ experience problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, leading production teams in the field around the world while managing budgets and logistics.

Todd has been producing reality and dramatic television and film for more than a decade. He has worked with A24, Paramount, Netflix, Universal, and Disney+. Additionally, he has helped produce indie films that have gone on to be sold to Amazon and Netflix. Todd has also worked on some of the most well-known shows in the non-scripted world from The Bachelor to MasterChef to The Great American Baking Show. He was part of producing teams that created hit shows for ABC, CBS, Fox, Animal Planet, Discovery, and A&E. His work in the food shows will be a great asset in exploring the world of wine in New Mexico.

Rudi Rossiter

Before entering the film industry, Rudi built a diverse professional background that shaped his leadership style and production sensibility. Early work in music retail and engineering introduced him to logistics, fabrication, and systems thinking. He later rose into executive management, overseeing a $30 million branch as a territory manager for a major manufacturing company. When market forces shifted, Rudi redirected his career toward filmmaking — a decisive moment that fused his creative instincts with real-world operational experience.

He has since spent nearly two decades working in film and television, contributing to projects across more than 35 genres. His credits include landmark series and features such as Breaking BadBetter Call SaulLogan, and Stranger Things.

Throughout his career, Rudi has collaborated with some of the industry’s most respected storytellers, including Vince Gilligan, Duffer Brothers, and James Mangold. His experience spans production design, art direction, set decoration, props, asset management, and on-set execution, giving him a comprehensive understanding of how design choices impact story, schedule, and budget. In addition to his professional work, Rudi is a professor at Central New Mexico Community College, where he teaches fabrication for film, mentoring the next generation of filmmakers and reinforcing his commitment to craft, collaboration, and creative discipline.
